- Service providers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listed packages.
- Service providers must honor confirmed bookings and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Payments are collected through our platform and passed to service providers after deducting applicable fees.
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies specified in the package listing and applicable laws.
- Tawafona may mediate disputes but is not obligated to resolve them.
- Users may cancel or modify bookings per the terms stated in the package.
- Service providers may not cancel confirmed bookings except in force majeure situations.
- All content on the platform (text, images, logos) belongs to Tawafona or respective owners.
- Users and service providers may not copy, distribute, or misuse platform content.
- Tawafona strives to maintain uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- The platform may be updated, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.
- Tawafona is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising between users and service providers.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected booking.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
